Interpack supplies a range of Australian breweries with beer bottle crown seals.
And we don’t just concentrate on the big brands! We also offer short runs for craft beer and beverage. Beer bottles are capped in one of two ways:
- A Pry Off Crown Seal that requires a bottle opener to pry it off
- A Twist Off Crown Seal that can be twisted off and reclosed for later consumption
Breweries are also able to choose whether to have a PVC or PVC-free liner.

Interpack offers customised bottle tops to our brewery customers. Choose from a range of colours and have your company logo or specific product logo printed onto the beer and beverage bottle cap.
We have on-site graphic designers who can help maximise the visual appeal of your brand. We also ensure your files are in the correct format and resolution for printing on your bottle tops.
Hygiene a Priority for Beer Bottle Cap Production
We maintain high standards of hygiene in our manufacturing environment. Our team assesses Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), an internationally recognised method of identifying and managing risk. We constantly tweak our beer and beverage bottle cap manufacturing processes to minimise biological, chemical, and physical hazards.
Interpack is certified to Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) 22000, the international highest standard in food and packaging safety.
